I am grateful for knowing you R AY and thank you for helping me to go through this journey and to get to this place where I feel that every day is the best day of my life. I certainly enjoy the journey and love the purpose.

It's wonderful that you have so much faith, love and strength to pass on knowledge to us, which - let's face it - it would be difficult for us to access without you. Thank you for giving us the chance to learn. Its exemplary that you do not stop, but continue on the road step by step: you continue to develop yourself without sparing money, time or energy. Thank you very much for your work, care, lots of selfless love and patient guidance.

The 5 Elements course was a very deep and well-structured meeting with our body and cells and our focus in life. The exercises opened our connection to the 5 Elements and the corresponding organs in a way that we could experience a deep relaxation and balance. Ray’s compassion, instructions and generosity made us experience the flow within.

The practice of Qi gong supports the wonderful journey back to self. Ray is an excellent empathetic teacher guiding me in deepening my understanding of myself, including all of my cells. The private sessions are particularly conducive for me to fully be in the present. It is a joy to practice with Ray.
